How we approach the work

Why Demandify connects the journey from first impression to enquiry

How Demandify brings the offer, acquisition, landing page and qualification together, and when it makes sense to begin with a single scoped service.

The short answer

A customer experiences the promise, page, form and first conversation as one journey. Demandify’s approach is to connect those decisions around your offer, so each step gives the next one the information it needs.

  • The message that attracts a customer should match the page and next conversation.
  • Qualification should collect information that your team can use.
  • Start with the service that addresses the real constraint and agree any wider scope.

1. Customers see one experience

An owner may manage advertising, the website and sales as separate activities. A prospective customer simply follows the path presented to them. They see a promise, open a page, assess the offer and decide whether to make contact. Any mismatch becomes their problem to work out.

Hypothetical example: an ad promotes a tailored commercial project, but the destination mainly talks about low-cost standard packages. The enquiry form then asks for details unrelated to that project. A customer interested in quality may leave, while a price-focused customer may enquire with the wrong expectation. Improving one headline alone would not resolve the whole mismatch.

2. Start with the offer and the preferred customer

Demandify’s lead-generation service brings Meta campaigns, custom landing pages and qualification together around the offer. The starting questions are commercial: which work do you want, who is it suitable for, what does a good enquiry contain and how much delivery capacity is available?

Australian Government marketing-plan guidance puts target customers, positioning and evaluation into the same planning process. That is a useful discipline for deciding what the campaign needs to communicate. A premium service should explain its value and responsibilities clearly, rather than attracting interest with a promise the sales conversation must later undo.

A connected brief can still be simple. Describe the customer’s problem, the service you deliver, the main reasons to choose it, the important boundaries and the next step. Those decisions give the creative, page content and enquiry questions a shared reference.

3. Make each handover useful

The ad or search result needs to give someone a reason to look. The landing page needs to explain the offer and help them judge fit. The form needs to capture enough context for a productive response. Your team then needs to receive the request, understand what was promised and take ownership of the follow-up.

Qualification is a design decision to make with the business. Ask for details that change the next action, such as the required service, location, scope or timing. Avoid collecting a long list just because the form supports it. Equally, do not remove every useful question merely to increase the number of submissions.

For the hypothetical commercial project, a service choice, project goal and readiness question might be more useful initially than a detailed technical specification. The first conversation can gather the remaining detail. The right balance depends on your process and should be checked against actual enquiry quality.

4. Choose the right starting engagement

You can work with Demandify on a single service: Meta account management, a website or landing page, ongoing SEO, or hands-on Meta training. A business with a strong destination may need account management. A team capable of running campaigns may need training. A site with unanswered buying questions may need content and search work.

Where the pieces need to change together, the proposal can describe that wider programme. Ad spend and third-party costs are identified separately. Connecting existing CRM tools depends on supported access and agreed scope; a custom CRM or connected-call tracking is a separate project. A connected approach still needs clear delivery boundaries.

5. Keep the conversation commercial

Brandon Cutajar works directly on strategy and commercial direction, with AI-assisted production supporting delivery. The practical value of that structure is a shared brief across the work, with deliverables, responsibilities and review agreed before the engagement starts. Your team’s knowledge of the customer remains essential.

Bring the offer, a sample of the enquiries you want more of and the point where the current journey feels weak. We can use that context to discuss the appropriate service and what a proposal needs to cover. The aim is a clear path towards useful conversations, with results assessed from the available evidence rather than promised in advance.

Common questions

Do we have to buy every service?

No. Demandify offers individual website, management, SEO and training engagements. Wider work should be proposed when it addresses a real dependency and its scope makes sense for your business.

Does Demandify take over our sales team?

Sales responsibilities and any integrations need to be agreed explicitly. The marketing and qualification journey can give your team clearer context, while the proposal defines who responds to enquiries and how outcomes are shared.

Can Demandify work with our existing CRM and website?

Existing tools can remain part of the journey where they support the agreed work. Website changes and CRM connections need to be assessed and scoped, including available access, supported integrations and who maintains them. A custom CRM build or connected-call tracking is a separate project.
