Who we are
Demandify is Brandon Cutajar’s Australian AI systems, marketing and website business, ABN 27 924 434 365. This policy covers our website, enquiries, bookings and client records. Contact us about privacy at hello@demandify.com.au.
What we collect
You provide information when you apply, request an AI Opportunity Snapshot, book a call, contact us or become a client. This can include your name, email, phone number, business, industry, revenue range, team size, timing, current setup, repetitive workflows, approximate time spent, tools, services you need and any website or notes you choose to share. We also keep relevant correspondence, appointment details and records of the work we do together.
Our website and service providers process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, browser information and security or delivery logs. We use hashed network and contact identifiers to limit repeated submissions and messages.
When you submit an enquiry, we may keep the first public Demandify page you visited in this tab with it. This is a first-party page path, without its query or fragment, and is separate from your optional Meta measurement choice.
If you request a Snapshot through a campaign link, we keep its campaign tags and numeric ad identifiers with your enquiry to understand which requests came from our ads. The CRM campaign fields do not include the full campaign link or Facebook click ID. This first-party record is separate from optional Meta measurement, which may use cookies when you allow it.
Please don’t include passwords, customer records, confidential documents, identity documents, payment card details or sensitive personal information in an enquiry or Snapshot request. You can browse without applying or requesting a Snapshot. If you leave required fields blank, we may not be able to assess or respond to your request.
How we use it
We use your information to assess fit and industry availability, prepare a brief AI Opportunity Snapshot when requested, respond to your enquiry, arrange calls, prepare proposals and manage agreed services. We also use it to keep records, resolve issues, meet applicable legal obligations and protect the website against spam and misuse.
When you send an application or Snapshot request, you’re asking us to contact you about it by email and, if you provide a phone number, by phone. Existing call applications may also receive an SMS acknowledgement; Snapshot acknowledgements use email. An acknowledgement confirms receipt; it doesn’t mean a call has been booked. You can ask us to stop following up or use a different contact method. Sending a request doesn’t sign you up to a marketing mailing list, and we don’t sell your enquiry details.
The services that help us
Information is available to people authorised to handle your enquiry or deliver our services, and to providers that support those activities. Our current providers include:
- Meta privacy policy (opens in a new tab)optional advertising measurement with Pixel and Conversions API
- Vercel privacy policy (opens in a new tab)website hosting and technical logs
- MongoDB Atlas privacy policy (opens in a new tab)enquiry, appointment, follow-up and client record storage
- Resend privacy policy (opens in a new tab)application emails, booking confirmations, reminders and delivery status
- ClickSend privacy policy (opens in a new tab)SMS acknowledgements and delivery status
- Cal.com privacy policy (opens in a new tab)legacy appointment booking, where that booking service is used
- Microsoft 365 privacy policy (opens in a new tab)business email correspondence
These providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where they operate. Their privacy policies explain their international processing arrangements. We may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to establish or protect legal rights. Separate client services may need additional providers; we’ll explain the relevant arrangements when we scope that work.
Cookies and website measurement
Our private workspace uses a session cookie for secure sign-in. The booking service may use its own cookies when you open it; its policy is linked above. You can manage cookies in your browser, although blocking them may affect sign-in or booking.
If you allow measurement, we use Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure page visits, form progress, enquiries and confirmed calls, attribute results to ads and improve our advertising. This can share public page addresses, event identifiers, cookie identifiers and hashed email addresses and phone numbers with Meta. Hashing helps protect the original values but still enables Meta to match you to an account. We do not send enquiry notes, revenue answers, CRM content or private booking access links as advertising event data.
Snapshot form progress events record that the form was viewed, started, completed a step or encountered a validation or sending issue. They can also record a screening stop. These events contain only the form name, action and step number, not your answers or contact details.
Optional measurement stays off until you choose Allow measurement. Use Privacy choices at the bottom of the page to change your choice. Declining does not affect your enquiry or booking. Withdrawal stops future collection in this browser; events already submitted or queued with your consent may still be processed. We respect Global Privacy Control. No Google Analytics integration is installed.
Storage, security and retention
We store information in our business systems and the providers listed above, with access controls and secure connections. No system can guarantee absolute security. We keep records for as long as reasonably needed for your enquiry, our work together, legitimate business records and applicable legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. Backup and provider retention periods may mean this isn’t immediate.
Access, corrections and concerns
Email hello@demandify.com.au to request access to or correction of your personal information, ask about deletion, change your contact preferences or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing records. If we can’t fulfil a request, we’ll explain why, subject to any legal restrictions.
For a complaint, tell us what happened and how you’d like us to contact you. We’ll investigate and respond within a reasonable time. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. We’ll publish material updates to this policy here with a new update date.
