The local brief
The City of Perth identifies resources and energy, property, innovation, health, education and visitor-facing sectors in its economic work. That is context for asking how a business sells, not a claim that every Perth company serves mining. We distinguish local appointments, commercial projects and wider specialist supply before choosing a channel.

What to prioritise
Put the useful detail behind the capability claim
A commercial buyer may need applications, project scope, genuine credentials and the information required for an assessment. Organise that detail so someone can evaluate fit without downloading an unexplained brochure or filling out a long form. Use authorised examples of your work and be precise about who delivered them.
Distinguish Perth attendance from wider WA work
Serving Perth does not automatically mean a business can travel throughout Western Australia. Explain when site visits are available, when remote assessment is possible and when travel requires a separate agreement. Capture the project location early if it changes delivery, but avoid asking for unnecessary personal information.
Design follow-up around working hours
For a remote engagement with an east-coast provider, agree meeting times, communication channels and who handles urgent decisions. On the customer side, review when your own team can answer new enquiries. Do not advertise immediate availability if requests will routinely sit unassigned overnight.
