The local brief
City of Sydney material describes finance and professional services, creative and digital businesses, education, retail and the visitor economy. The City of Sydney municipality is not the whole metropolitan market. Use that context to ask better questions about your audience, without assuming one city-wide campaign fits every industry or catchment.

What to prioritise
Make your positioning survive a comparison
A buyer comparing providers needs to understand what you take responsibility for, who the service suits and how an engagement works. Replace vague claims about quality with specific scope, clear deliverables and genuine examples where you have permission. Pricing structure, exclusions and the decision process belong close to the enquiry path.
Qualify the project, not just the postcode
For a B2B service, capture the business problem, decision role and timing where those answers determine the next conversation. Geography matters when you need to attend a site or serve a restricted area. It matters less for a service you deliver remotely. Keep the form short enough to complete on a phone while collecting information your team will actually use.
Separate campaigns only when the offer changes
Different audiences may need different proof and landing-page copy. That is a reason to plan a distinct campaign, not an automatic reason to create pages for every Sydney district. Start with the most commercially important offer, establish a consistent definition of a qualified enquiry and expand once the team can explain what is working.
